02
Confirmation of Application
Once you have submitted your application, Auckland Royal Academy will acknowledge receipt within two working days. Our admissions team may contact you to request additional documentation or to clarify any details in your application. Incomplete applications may take longer to process, so please ensure that all required documents are included when you submit.
03
Application Review
Auckland Royal Academy will review your application to confirm that you meet the academic entry requirements for your chosen programme. If you meet the requirements, you will receive a conditional offer of admission specifying any remaining conditions — such as final examination results or English language certification. Once all conditions are satisfied, you will receive an unconditional offer and your formal Letter of Offer, which is required for your student visa application.
04
Application Interview
For some programmes, Auckland Royal Academy may invite applicants to a brief admissions interview conducted by video call or phone. The purpose of this conversation is to confirm that you understand the demands of your chosen programme and that your goals and experience are a good match. Interviews are conducted in English and typically last 20 to 30 minutes. You will be notified in advance if an interview is required for your chosen programme.
05
Payment of Fees
Once you have accepted your offer and paid your enrolment deposit, Auckland Royal Academy will issue your official Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), which is required to apply for your New Zealand student visa. Our international admissions team can provide guidance on the visa application process and, where required, supporting documentation letters to assist your application to Immigration New Zealand. Visa processing times vary by country, so international students are encouraged to begin this process as early as possible.
