The Application Process
A clear five-step pathway from your first enquiry to your first day on campus.
Complete the Online Application
Our online application form takes approximately 10 minutes. It saves your progress automatically — you do not need to complete it in a single sitting. You will need your academic documents, English test results (if applicable), and passport details.
Receive Application Confirmation
Within two working days of submitting your application, our admissions team will acknowledge receipt by email. You may be asked to provide additional documentation to support your application. Ensure all required documents are included to avoid delays.
Application Review & Conditional Offer
The admissions committee reviews your academic qualifications, English language proficiency, and programme fit. If you meet entry requirements, you will receive a conditional offer specifying any remaining conditions — such as final examination results or English certification.
Admissions Interview (Selected Programmes)
Some programmes require a brief admissions interview by video call or phone, lasting 20–30 minutes. The conversation confirms your understanding of the programme demands and your academic goals. You will be notified well in advance if an interview is required.
Enrolment, Payment & Visa
Once all conditions are satisfied, you receive your unconditional Letter of Offer. Upon accepting your offer and paying your enrolment deposit, Auckland Royal Academy issues your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) — required to apply for your New Zealand student visa through Immigration New Zealand.
